TERMS OF SERVICE

The conditions stated below are automatically accepted when you acquire my services. Before making the purchase, make sure to read everything carefully and tell me if you have inquiries. I work slow pace due to college and other work, I make sure every artwork is worth the payment you give.

i. usage policy

  • You may repost/share the commissioned work as long as it is properly credited and links back to one of my social media.

  • I have the rights to decline a commission request depending on the complexity or if it's beyond my skills.

  • I have the rights to post/upload the commissioned work on my social media and portfolio. (Do inform me beforehand if you don't want me to upload/post it.)

  • You are allowed to use the commissioned art for personal use only.

  • Client is not allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes unless it was stated.

  • Client is not allowed to claim credits for the work.

  • No NFTS nor any form of cryptocurrency.

II. PAYMENT

  • All payments will be received from Vgen (Paypal).

  • No refunds or backouts once sketches are done. I will not continue the piece unless I receive full payment.

  • All of the commissions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Revisions are a maximum of 3 and can only be done during the sketch or coloring phase. If it's beyond the limit, additional charges may apply.

  • Price may rise depending on the details of the character. I'll let you know before payment.

  • Commercial Uses will have additional prices 2x the base price.

  • Additional Characters is 75% of the base price. (Maximum additional characters in a canvas is 6.)
