TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms below.

i. general

  • Capacity & Discretion: I reserve the right to decline any commission request based on complexity, subject matter, or personal schedule.

  • Workflow: As I am a full-time student, I work at a slow to moderate pace. I prioritize quality over speed to ensure every piece is worth your investment.

  • Communication: Please raise any inquiries regarding these terms before payment is processed.

ii. usage policy

  • Personal Use: All commissions are for personal use only (e.g., social media avatars, personal prints, wallpaper) unless a commercial license is purchased.

  • Credit: You may repost or share the work, provided you give clear credit and link back to my social media profiles.

  • Artist Rights: I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio or on social media for self-promotion.

  • Note: If the piece is a surprise or you prefer it stay private, please inform me during the inquiry stage.

  • Prohibitions: Clients may not claim credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • The artwork may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency-related projects, or AI training/datasets.

II. PAYMENT

  • Platform: All payments are processed through VGen (PayPal).

  • Payment Schedule: Work will not proceed past the initial inquiry until full payment is received.

  • Add-ons:

  • Complexity: Highly detailed characters or backgrounds may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed before payment.

  • Additional Characters: Charged at 75% of the base price per character (Maximum of 6 characters per canvas).

  • Commercial Use: Commercial licenses (merchandise, branding, etc.) incur a fee of 2x the base price.
